Dr. Angela Ziegler, previously known as Mercy of the Overwatch International Task Force, was lured to Silent Hill one evening by a desperate cry for help. As she ventured into the fog, the town's dark forces seized her, dragging her to an abandoned hospital. There, the dark nurses overtook her and tore away the angelic armor she wore and bound her head with cursed bandages.
 
The wrappings fused to her flesh, hiding a horrific sight beneath—decayed skin and sewn-shut eyes, sealing away what was left of her humanity forever. Her once-pristine wings became bloodstained, a mockery of her healing powers. Now, she roams the haunted streets within the Murderverse, a fallen angel offering macabre salvation and endless suffering.
 
It's said that those who glimpse beneath her bandages instantly lose their sanity, forever haunted by the horror of what she has become.
